Abstract

|
The thickness of coping has much effect on distortion of metal bonded porcelain crown. so 1 studied the thickness of metal coping to support occlusion force. The results of the study were as follows ;
1 The metal coping was not distorted and was in the state of good adaptation by 0.1 mm
2. The metal coping O.Imm can extend the life of abutment.
3. It saved the time of making metal bonded porcelain crown and materials.
4. It prevents the caries by little tooth preparation.
